Description
Anxiety? Friendship issues? Poor emotional regulation? Play Therapy uses a creative toolkit of toys, art, sand and music to support children. We explore our feelings through the toys, which is especially helpful for children who struggle to open up or connect with their emotions.
I am an ELSA-certified Learning Mentor. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in mainstream school and a CAMHS clinic. I have volunteered with YMCA and Art in Mind Brighton.
